This is the official LOPOA Rules and Regulations document. It includes the overall rules as well as covenants and restrictions.

The attached must be included in any ARC submission to acknowledge that you understand the LOPOA Design Guidelines and your responsibilities therein.

This document contains the current LOPOA design guidelines. For any new architectural design change, please be sure to submit a ticket for ARC review. Reminder: You may not proceed with any architectural changes without approval from the ARC!
